Users can recharge their Dou Call accounts using various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other accepted forms of payment. All payments must be made in the currency specified by Dou Call. Users agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Dou Call to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of the recharge.
Payment for Subscriptions (e.g. premium plans, recurring calling plans) are made on a recurring payment basis, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. This means that you agree that at the applicable recurring intervals your payment method will be charged, until you actively elect to terminate the Subscription.
Dou Call services are provided on a prepaid basis. The pricing for calls and other services is specified on the Dou Call website and within the app. Dou Call reserves the right to change the pricing and fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the Dou Call website or app. Continued use of the services after the price changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your account balance has validity period. A successful recharge will extend your account balance validity period to 180 days from the moment of the recharge. A successful earning of free credits will extend your account balance validity period 30 days from the moment, if your account balance validity period is less than 30 days. The free credits include credits earned from daily check-in, daily tasks, watching ads, games, or coupons. Your account balance validity period could be found within the app at Settings. It's your responsibility to check and spend your balance before it expires.
All payments made to Dou Call are non-refundable, except as required by law or at Dou Call's sole discretion. If you believe there has been an error in billing, you must contact Dou Call customer support within 30 days of the transaction. Dou Call will review and address billing issues on a case-by-case basis.
Dou Call implements a Fair Usage Policy to ensure that all users can access high-quality services. Excessive or unreasonable use of the services, including but not limited to, high-volume calling patterns indicative of business use, may result in service limitations, suspension, or termination. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within sixty (60) days, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration institution in the jurisdiction where Dou Call is based. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language and the decision of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding.
Users agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in their individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action. Users expressly waive their right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
